Del Lago, though potentially promising, falls short on every level. I'll spare those that are limited on time the trouble of reading the gruesome details and summarize our experience in this first paragraph. Instead we arrived to a terrible experience from start to finish. We were looking forward to spending quality time there and creating wonderful memories.
After a long and much needed weekend away from home, we encountered a Valentine's weekend fiasco from the moment we checked-in at Del Lago.
